Is There A Program I Can Download Free Which Changes Music Files To Ringtone Size?
All the songs i have are in thousands of KB so i was wondering if there is a free download which lets me reduce the quality of the song or maybe even just choose a smaller section, so i can use it as a ring tone.

I know how to do it for music on my ipod but I don’t know how to with my phone.
Its a sidekick 2 hiptop if that makes any difference.
or are there any other sites where I could download ringtones & games.
