Get Free Ringtones

Is There A Program I Can Download Free Which Changes Music Files To Ringtone Size?
All the songs i have are in thousands of KB so i was wondering if there is a free download which lets me reduce the quality of the song or maybe even just choose a smaller section, so i can use it as a ring tone.

I dont have enough money to may for internet access, and every ‘free’ ringtone makes you go to the internet on your phone to get it. Are there any FREE (completely, all the way) websites?

I need your help please. What is a good real 100% free ringtone downloading site? Please don’t say any that charge by month or if you buy this you get so many ringtones free.

The key is finding a website that doesn’t send you spam text messages and stuff like that. So if anyone knows a website to download free ringtones, one that wont spam, i’d love to know!

On myxertones.com they send you a text message and you have to follow the link to download the ringtone which is supposedly free. But when i had cingular, it cost me like a dollar to download a free ringtone.
My question is will it cost me money to download a free myxer tone from verizon?
