If I Download A Ringtone From A Website Onto My Computer…how Do I Get It Onto My Phone?

I want a certain ringtone on my LG Rumor but it doesn’t have internet. But another phone I have access to (the LG Lotus) has internet and can download the ringtone. How can I send the ringtone from the Lotus to the Rumor?
