Get Free Ringtones

I have been trying to find a place to download a ringtone, and I know it is going to cost like 1.99, but I don’t want to subscribe to anything. I just want the ringtone! I am willing to pay the 1.99, but not to subscribe. Does anyone know anywhere that I could do that? Please? Thanx everyone, and have a great day

I know a lot of websites you can download ringers, but for some reason only few work for Alltel. Does anyone know a website that they have used as an alltel customer to download a ringtone, particularly the Mosquito Buzz ringtone, without a monthly subscription?
